Blast from the past – Trans Am Turbo V8

Check out this throwback advertisement for a 1981 Pontiac Trans Am Turbo V8. With a “gauge that lights up to indicate stages of turbocharged power boost”, this old school rendition of older school muscle is a fantastic example of a lost icon. Like KITT from Knight Rider, this car is sporting serious technological advances for the early 80’s.

BTW, screw fuel mileage… to Pontiac MPG means ‘For The Great Ones’
