Import Face Off 2014

Import Face Off 2014.

The sun was shining bright and the temperature was a mild 70 degrees when arriving at Import Face Off on November 23rd at the Auto Club Raceway in Fontana, CA. The atmosphere was unreal. Heavily modified ripped down the drag strip as patrons enjoyed the car show and pit access.

However, the winds were gusting at near hurricane speeds (not really), and enough so to turn the once planned 1/4 mile drag races to 1/8 mile drag races. With cars hitting 100 plus MPH in the 1/8 mile, it is a shame to not have seen what these 4 cylinder turbo beasts were capable of. The car show was equally entertaining as the drag racing. There were a wide array of vehicles on display for all guests to enjoy.

Take a look at some photos from the event to get a feel for the event. Some videos to come on our Youtube Channel and more pictures will be posted shortly.

As many of you may not know, part of the Function Factory crew has recently relocated to the Los Angeles area to pursue their passion for Film and specifically automotive media. Look for much more coverage considering the LA car scene is year round!
